By using the online booking system provided by Electric Innovation Ltd, you are agreeing to these standard terms and conditions:
On receiving an order, Electric Innovation will reserve the space(s) requested at the specified training event(s).
Training space is reserved only for the individual named on the booking for the event requested. Spaces are non-transferrable and cannot be resold without the express written consent of Electric Innovation.
Electric Innovation will contact you once your order is confirmed. An order is considered confirmed once payment has been received by Electric Innovation.
Cancellations may be requested by contacting Electric Innovation at least 28 days prior to the event. Cancellations requested less than 28 days prior to an event will only be processed if there is a waiting list for the event.
Owing to the public health risks associated with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Electric Innovation will allow transfers to an equivalent event less than 28 days prior to an event where necessary.
If Electric Innovation are forced to cancel an event, you will be offered the option of transferring your space(s) to another equivalent event or a full refund. In the event of cancellation, Electric Innovation will endeavour to inform you at the earliest possible opportunity. Electric Innovation cannot be held liable for any loss to you that results from the necessary cancellation of an event.
Any materials provided to you by Electric Innovation are licenced for private, study use only. Electric Innovation retains all intellectual property rights relating to these materials. These materials are provided as is, without warranty. Electric Innovation cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or liability resulting from the use of these materials.
Any travel and accommodation requirements are your responsibility to arrange and finance. Electric Innovation cannot be held liable for any loss resulting from your failure to do so.
Electric Innovation endeavour to accommodate all accessibility and dietary requirements of clients. However, it is your responsibility to inform Electric Innovation of any special requirements to allow these to be met. Electric Innovation cannot be held liable for any loss incurred from your failure to do so.
